Creating users

Administrators provision users from User Management. Each user belongs to a company context and receives a role.

  1. Open User Management.
  2. Create a user with name, email, and company assignment as shown in the form.
  3. Assign a job role / permission group.
  4. Set record role scope if the form offers it.
  5. Save and share sign-in instructions with the user.

Updating profiles

Users can maintain profile details available in account settings. Administrators can update role, department, and status when they have permission.

User status

Disable or offboard users instead of sharing credentials. The existing setup guide includes an offboarding checklist (revoke access, reassign work, confirm login no longer works).

Account settings

Password changes and personal preferences are handled in the signed-in account area. Administrators should not ask users to email passwords.

Troubleshooting

  • Confirm you are in the correct company context.
  • Verify your role includes permissions for this module.
  • Refresh and retry. If the issue persists, contact support with the screen URL.
