Creating a booking
Bookings reserve a plot or unit against a customer and often an agent. Link CRM customers so sales history stays in one place.
Select the property and available plot.
Choose the customer (converted from CRM when applicable).
Record the booking details shown on the form.
Confirm the unit status updates.
