Performance management is part of the HR module. Use the in-app performance screens to record reviews for employees who are in scope. Do not assume a specific rating scale unless your company configured one.

Steps

1. Sign in to Smart Business 360 at the application host.
2. Open the HR & Payroll module for this task.
3. Follow the fields and actions described in the sections above.
4. Save or confirm, then verify the result on the list or detail screen.

Expected result: The operation completes without errors and data reflects your changes.
